We are currently seeking an experienced, proactive, and technology-driven IT Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, business systems, networks, cloud services, and digital transformation initiatives while ensuring operational continuity and technology excellence across all group companies.

Job Purpose

Responsible for overseeing and managing all information technology operations across the organization, including infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, software systems, cloud services, IT support, and technology strategy.

Ensure the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of all technology systems while supporting business growth through innovation, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and technology operations across the group.
  • Ensure maximum uptime, performance, and security of servers, networks, cloud platforms, and business applications.
  • Manage Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, cloud environments, email systems, and user administration.
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, firewalls, antivirus solutions, endpoint protection, and data security measures.
  • Monitor and manage backup systems, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity procedures.
  • Oversee IT support operations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Manage company hardware including laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
  • Maintain IT asset registers and lifecycle management for all technology assets.
  • Support ERP, CRM, HRMS, accounting systems, project management platforms, and other business applications.
  • Manage website hosting, DNS records, domains, cloud storage, and company digital platforms.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and technology partners for procurement, support, and maintenance contracts.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
  • Monitor system performance and generate regular IT reports and recommendations.
  • Lead IT projects including upgrades, migrations, software deployments, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, software licensing requirements, and company policies.
  • Conduct user training and awareness programs on cybersecurity and technology best practices.
  • Support CCTV systems, access control systems, biometric attendance systems, and security infrastructure where applicable.
  • Manage IT budgets, software subscriptions, renewals, and technology investments.
  • Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, ITIL, VMware, Cybersecurity, or equivalent are highly preferred.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of IT experience.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in an IT Manager, Senior Systems Administrator, or IT Leadership role.
  • Strong experience managing corporate networks, cloud environments, servers, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
  • Experience supporting multi-location operations and business-critical systems.
  • Strong UAE experience is highly preferred.
