Estimation Engineer

We are looking for 2 experienced and highly competent Estimation Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidates should have strong expertise in project estimation, client coordination and site coordination. They must be able to work independently, make sound decisions in the best interest of the company and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations and tender documents.
• Review project drawings, specifications and requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers and site teams.
• Analyze project costs and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Attend meetings with clients and project stakeholders as required.
• Ensure all estimates are completed within deadlines and company standards.
• Support project planning and execution through accurate budget forecasting.
• Make independent decisions that contribute positively to project success and company objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in estimation and cost analysis.
• Strong knowledge of construction/project estimation procedures.
• Experience in client coordination and site coordination.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional, responsible and capable of making decisions in the best interest of the company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimation software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the construction, MEP or engineering industry.
• Familiarity with tendering processes and contract documentation.
