Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for 2 experienced and proactive Mechanical Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidates should have strong knowledge in estimation, client coordination and site coordination. They must possess excellent communication skills, be capable of working independently without requiring supervision and be able to make sound decisions that support the company's best interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review project cost estimates and quotations.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers and project teams.
• Manage and monitor project activities at site level.
• Review technical drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Ensure project execution meets quality, safety and schedule requirements.
• Identify project risks and provide practical solutions.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Make independent decisions and recommendations for project success and company growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in mechanical estimation and project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction/project execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering-related software.
• Valid driving license is an advantage (if applicable).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with contractors, consultants and clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
