Job Summary – Medical Representative (Arabic Speaker) – Aesthetic Products

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative with fluency in Arabic and English to promote and market our aesthetic product portfolio to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, clinics, and healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong professional relationships, increasing product awareness, achieving sales targets, and providing product education to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell aesthetic products to dermatology, cosmetic, and aesthetic clinics.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic managers, and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with marketing and clinical teams to support promotional activities and events.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in medical sales, preferably in aesthetic, dermatology, skincare, or cosmetic products.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Ability to travel and visit clients regularly.
