Sales Manager - Freight Forwarding & Logistics

Top Most Freight Solutions LLC is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to develop and lead our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the sales team.
• Develop and execute sales strategies.
• Monitor performance against targets.
• Expand customer portfolio and market presence.
• Build long-term relationships with key clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 - 7 years of Freight Forwarding or Logistics Sales experience.
• Good knowledge of business of Air Freight, Sea Freight & Land Freight.
• Previous team management experience.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
