Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in commercial interior fit out execution within the UAE. The role involves managing daily site activities, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, and supporting timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and execution works.
• Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, workers, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to Project Managers.
• Manage snag rectification and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate inspections, approvals, and handovers with clients and consultants.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
• Monitor site safety, housekeeping, workmanship quality, and productivity.
• Attend project meetings and support issue resolution and escalations

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of UAE experience in site supervision or project execution.
• Experience in commercial interiors, fit-out, or turnkey projects.
• Prior experience in the interior fit-out industry is highly preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and understand execution sequences.
• Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of site safety and quality control practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
