Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a dynamic sales professional with experience in the Telecom sector who is passionate about generating new business, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, emails, and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to promote the company's products and services.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales agreements based on customer requirements.
  • Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into successful sales.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, services, and upgrades.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and support sales initiatives.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Sales (Telecom industry experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
