Corporate Gifts & Business Development Specialist

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and well-connected Corporate Gifts & Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate gifting, promotional products, supplier sourcing, tender registrations, and B2B sales, with an existing network of clients and suppliers within the UAE market.

Job Purpose

• Drive business growth by identifying and securing corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, branding, and personalization opportunities.
• Develop relationships with corporate clients, government entities, event organizers, procurement teams, and marketing departments while managing supplier sourcing and tender opportunities.
• Support the company's growth through strategic lead generation, tender participation, supplier management, and successful project conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for corporate gifts, promotional products, and branded merchandise.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, government entities, agencies, and procurement teams.
• Identify opportunities through networking, referrals, tenders, procurement portals, and direct outreach.
• Register and manage company profiles on tender and procurement platforms.
• Monitor government and private sector tender opportunities related to gifting, branding, and promotional products.
• Source products, gifts, promotional items, and merchandise from local and international suppliers.
• Build and maintain a reliable supplier and vendor network.
• Request quotations and negotiate pricing, lead times, and supply terms.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
• Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline updates, and opportunity tracking.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new product trends and opportunities within the corporate gifting market.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business development activities.
• Maintain strong client relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Prepare weekly sales and pipeline reports for management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in corporate gifting, promotional products, branding, printing, merchandising, or related industries.
• Strong experience in supplier sourcing and vendor management.
• Existing network of corporate clients is highly preferred.
• Experience with government and private tender registrations is highly preferred.
• Experience in promotional products, giveaways, branded merchandise, and corporate gifting solutions.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
