Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our FMCG supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory planning, procurement coordination, logistics management, supplier relationship management, and ensuring the timely availability of products. Experience working with international suppliers and managing overseas procurement is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas suppliers and manufacturers.
Coordinate imports, shipments, customs clearance, and logistics activities.
Monitor inventory levels and implement effective replenishment strategies.
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and contracts with suppliers.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to forecast demand and plan inventory.
Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Resolve supply chain disruptions and supplier-related issues promptly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5years of experience in FMCG supply chain management.
Proven experience dealing with overseas suppliers and international procurement.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, forecasting, and logistics.
Experience with ERP systems and supply chain software.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with import/export documentation and international trade regulations.
Professional certifications in Supply Chain or Logistics are an advantage.
