Job Summary

Noor Deira Steel is seeking an experienced Steel Manager – Tubes & Pipes (Hollow Sections) to lead and expand its tubes and pipes business operations. The ideal candidate must possess extensive knowledge of steel hollow sections, including square tubes, rectangular tubes, round tubes, structural hollow sections, and related steel products. The candidate should have a proven track record in sales, trading, procurement, business development, and market expansion within the steel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all business activities related to steel tubes, pipes, and hollow sections.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, market share, and profitability.
• Manage procurement, supplier negotiations, sourcing, and inventory planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, fabricators, consultants, and suppliers.
• Monitor steel market trends, pricing, demand, and competitor activities.
• Ensure product availability and optimize stock levels.
• Negotiate major supply contracts and commercial agreements.
• Achieve sales targets, profitability goals, and operational KPIs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop sales and operations teams.
• Prepare business reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior management.

Requirements

• Saudi or Emirati National preferred.
• Male, 45–50 years old preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the steel industry.
• Extensive knowledge of steel tubes, pipes, and hollow sections, including specifications, grades, applications, manufacturing processes, pricing, and market dynamics.
• Proven experience in steel trading, sales, procurement, and business development.
• Strong network within the construction, infrastructure, fabrication, and steel sectors across the GCC region.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and commercial management skills.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and steel market trends.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
