Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce & Business Development Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, sales growth strategies, and business development.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Management

  • Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms, website, and online marketplaces.
  • Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions across all online channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information and timely order fulfillment.
  • Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Implement strategies to improve conversion rates, customer engagement, and online revenue.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term business relationships.

Digital Marketing & Sales Support

  • Support digital marketing campaigns through social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and product launches.
  • Track campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular sales, e-commerce, and business development reports.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records within CRM systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, business development, sales, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems and analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Noon, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,475.62 per month

Work Location: In person
