Overview:

AIT Worldwide Logistics Dubai is seeking an Executive - Air Freightthat will coordinate the day-to-day export & import of international freight forwarding shipments into and out of the UAE based on customer requests. The Executive - Air Freight's primary focus is providing a high-level of operational excellence and a world-class customer service experience to all customers. Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end air freight operations for the energy vertical, ensuring efficient cargo handling, on-time shipment execution, and operational excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, airlines, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver high service standards.
• Resolve operational challenges proactively, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless movement of shipments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational KPIs, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
• Monitor costs, optimize resources, and drive profitability through effective budget and vendor management.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing, revenue capture, and vendor cost bookings in compliance with company procedures.
• Negotiate rates and capacity with airlines and logistics partners to support customer requirements and business growth.
• Maintain compliance with aviation, customs, safety, and regulatory requirements while upholding company policies and standards.

Other Skills We Hope to See:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent required
• 2–4 years of results‑driven experience managing complex supply chains, air freight operations
• Minimum 2 years of experence in the UAE market
• Strong understanding of international logistics, Incoterms, carrier contracts, and rate mechanisms.
• Effective coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work within defined strategies while contributing practical, execution‑focused insights.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong system proficiency, including CargoWise or similar logistics platforms
