We are currently looking for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing projects from initiation through successful completion while ensuring delivery within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations.
Role Overview:
The Project Manager is a highly responsible and pivotal role within Elegant Qubes Decoration LLC, accountable for managing projects from initiation through successful completion. The role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved quality standards, scope, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage projects from design approval through production, installation, and final handover.
2. Act as the primary point of coordination between Designers, Production Team, Procurement Team, Site Team, Suppliers, and Clients.
3. Review project requirements, drawings, specifications, and timelines to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Coordinate with designers to ensure design intent is accurately translated into production and site execution.
5. Liaise with the production team to monitor fabrication schedules, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
6. Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials.
7. Monitor project progress and ensure all departments adhere to approved schedules and milestones.
8. Conduct regular coordination meetings with internal teams and stakeholders.
9. Identify project risks, delays, and resource constraints and implement corrective actions.
10. Manage project budgets, costs, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.
11. Ensure compliance with company quality standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
12. Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion of all project phases.
13. Resolve interdepartmental issues and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders.
14. Prepare and submit project progress reports to management and clients.
15. Manage project variations, change requests, and scope adjustments.
16. Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and project records are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
17. Lead project handover, snagging, and project closeout activities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams.
3. Teamwork: Strong collaboration with design, production, procurement, and site teams.
4. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in project management within Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, Exhibition, Retail, or Construction industries.
5. Strong experience coordinating Designers, Production Teams, Procurement, Suppliers, and Site Operations.
6. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and production details.
7. Strong understanding of manufacturing, production processes, and project execution.
8. Excellent planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
9. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and project management software.
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
