Role Overview

We’re hiring dedicated Secondary Market Agents who are community specialists who know their neighborhood inside out, and are trusted by locals and investors alike. You’ll focus on a specific area, build strong local relationships, and act as the go-to person for ready properties for both sales and rentals.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Stay up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice
• Match clients with suitable properties and organize property viewings
• Create and manage listings for rental and sales properties
• Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all required documentation
• Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals

Requirements:

• Previous real estate experience is a must
• UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)
• Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong interest in building a career in Dubai’s real estate market
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Confident, proactive, and driven by performance and targets
