IT Specialist — Two Continents Group (Dubai)

Two Continents Group, a multi-company portfolio spanning tourism, real estate, holiday homes, and lifestyle brands, is hiring an IT Specialist to manage and maintain our digital and office infrastructure.

What you’ll do

• Maintain and troubleshoot company websites and booking platforms
• Manage API integrations with suppliers and third-party services
• Administer servers, hosting, domains, SSL, and backups
• Set up and support office computers, email, and user accounts
• Handle network setup, security, and day-to-day IT support
• Liaise with external developers and oversee their delivery

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in website and server maintenance
• Solid understanding of API integrations and troubleshooting
• CRM experience (setup, management, and integration) — required
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace and office IT setup
• Networking and cybersecurity fundamentals
• Independent, reliable, and a clear communicator
• English required

Nice to have: experience with booking platforms, cloud hosting (AWS/DigitalOcean/cPanel), or basic scripting (Python/Bash).

Location: Dubai Marina, on-site

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
