Partner Account Manager

Location: Dubai

Type: Full-time / Permanent

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Partner Account Manager to build and grow strategic relationships within our partner ecosystem. This role is key to driving revenue, strengthening partner engagement, and delivering innovative solutions aligned with evolving technology trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners (VARs, distributors, SIs, ISVs, and MSPs), identifying growth opportunities aligned with business priorities.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans to drive revenue, profitability, and pipeline growth.
  • Lead data-driven sales initiatives and collaborate with partners to achieve shared success.
  • Communicate and position business strategies to effectively “sell with,” “sell to,” and “sell through” partners.
  • Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships to expand market share.
  • Coordinate partner activities including sales cadence, marketing initiatives, training, forecasting, and client engagement.
  • Deliver tailored solutions by aligning products, services, and technology partnerships with customer needs.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new partners to expand the network.
  • Ensure compliance with partner requirements and relevant policies.

About You

  • Proven experience (4–8+ years) in sales or partner account management.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel sales (preferred).
  • Commercially astute with the ability to develop strategic and financial plans.
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Able to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders, and drive results.
  • Knowledge of technology trends and the IT landscape.
  • Highly organised with strong time management and forecasting abilities.
  • Innovative, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
