BMS Design & Estimation Engineer with CAD

We are seeking a BMS Design & Estimation Engineer with strong AutoCAD skills to support our design, engineering, and tendering activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing BMS system designs, BOQs, technical submittals, and cost estimations in alignment with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BMS system designs, control schematics, and layout drawings using AutoCAD/Visio.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to prepare accurate proposals.
• Assist in preparing technical submittals, compliance statements, and method statements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in BMS design, estimation, or related MEP fields.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Visio is an advantage.
• Understanding of HVAC systems, control logic, and BMS architecture.
• Strong analytical and estimation skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Females preferred.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
