Civil Site Engineer

Description:

• Project Oversight: Manage parts of construction projects, ensuring they meet agreed-upon specifications, budgets, and deadlines.
• Technical Execution: Check structural designs and drawings for accuracy, undertake site surveys, and assist in setting out the site.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, subcontractors, architects, project managers, and local municipal authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality standards for local UAE projects).
• Problem Solving: Provide technical advice, troubleshoot engineering issues, and find creative solutions to unexpected site delays.
• Quality & Safety: Conduct on-site inspections to monitor building progress, ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, and perform quality checks.
• Reporting: Prepare inspection reports, maintain accurate site records, and track material quantities.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in supervising building or infrastructure construction for Minimum 3-4 years in UAE or 10 years of experience in home country.
• Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings, strong problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with surveying and CAD software.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
