About Us

Technologico Robotics & Smart Machines Trading LLC is expanding its Switchgear Manufacturing Division. We specialize in the design and manufacturing of Low Voltage Switchgear, Distribution Boards, Control Panels, Automation Panels, and Smart Home Electrical Panels for residential, commercial, and industrial projects across the UAE.

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Engineer to help grow our switchgear business by developing relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and secure projects for switchgear and control panel solutions.
• Develop relationships with MEP contractors, electrical contractors, consultants, developers, and facility management companies.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with engineering and estimation teams to prepare quotations and technical proposals.
• Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Monitor market trends and identify upcoming project opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in electrical, automation, switchgear, MEP, or related industries.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and switchgear products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively generate new business.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: AED 6,000 per month
• Commission: To be discussed during the interview
