We are a lean, high-performance team on a growth trajectory - and we are expanding our sales capability to accelerate revenue.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a sharp, self-driven Business Development Executive to own the full sales cycle - from cold outreach to closed deal. You will be our boots on the ground in Dubai, hunting new business across key UAE industries, positioning Odoo ERP and custom software as the solution to real operational pain.
This is a frontline revenue role. You will be expected to hustle, build a pipeline from scratch, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Pipeline & Prospecting
- Own outbound prospecting - cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of SME and mid-market prospects across Dubai/UAE
- Identify decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Operations Directors, IT Heads) and engage directly
- Leverage your existing UAE business network to generate early opportunities
Sales Execution
- Conduct discovery calls and on-site/virtual demos for Odoo ERP and custom software
- Understand client pain points and map them to Savvy's product and service offerings
- Prepare and present proposals, ROI cases, and implementation roadmaps
- Negotiate and close deals with full accountability for revenue targets
Client & Market Development
- Build relationships with prospects in Manufacturing, Real Estate & Construction, Retail & Distribution, and Professional Services
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetups in the UAE
- Maintain accurate records in CRM - pipeline stages, notes, follow-ups, forecasts
- Collaborate with the technical team to scope requirements and finalize proposals

REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
- 3–4 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE - IT, ERP, SaaS, or software preferred
- Proven track record of closing deals - not just generating leads
- Existing network of UAE business owners, decision-makers, or industry contacts
- Strong outbound sales skills - cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn prospecting
- Based in Dubai
- UAE driving licence
- Prior exposure to ERP products (Odoo)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Understanding of manufacturing, real estate, or trading sector operations in UAE
- Experience selling to SMEs in the UAE/GCC market
