Vacancy for Full Time Digital Marketing

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth in the construction and contracting sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns.
• Generate high-quality leads through organic and paid channels.
• Plan and manage online advertising campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize marketing performance to maximize ROI.

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow company profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content, graphics, videos, and marketing materials.
• Plan monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond professionally.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & GEO (AI Search Optimization)

• Optimize company website and content for search engines.
• Improve rankings on Google and other search platforms.
• Implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility on AI-powered search platforms such as Chat GPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI search engines.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

Website Management

• Manage and maintain WordPress websites.
• Update website content, landing pages, blogs, and project portfolios.
• Perform basic front-end development using HTML and CSS.
• Ensure website performance, speed, security, and SEO compliance.

Email Marketing

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain email subscriber lists.
• Design newsletters and automated marketing sequences.
• Track campaign performance and conversion rates.

YouTube Marketing

• Manage company YouTube channel.
• Upload, optimize, and promote video content.
• Improve video SEO and audience engagement.
• Analyze channel growth and performance metrics.

Analytics & Reporting

• Manage Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and related tools.
• Track website traffic, conversions, and marketing KPIs.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and recommendations.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and implement improvements.

Meta Business Suite & Paid Advertising

• Manage Meta Business Suite and advertising campaigns.
• Create and optimize Facebook and Instagram Ads.
• Conduct audience targeting and retargeting campaigns.
• Monitor advertising budgets and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.

• Experience in construction, contracting, real estate, or engineering sectors is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).

• Experience with AI marketing tools and automation platforms.
