Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels while developing effective digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, digital advertising, SEO, social media marketing, and performance analytics. This role requires a combination of technical e-commerce expertise and strategic digital marketing knowledge to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.
Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Management
- Manage and optimize e-commerce websites and online stores.
- Upload, update, and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure product availability.
- Improve website user experience and conversion rates.
- Manage promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend growth strategies.
Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Develop content and social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs including traffic, conversions, ROAS, CPA, and revenue growth.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and advertising platform dashboards.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and email marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics and digital marketing reporting tools.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
