Salary: up to 13,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

A Dubai-based travel company with more than 20 years of experience delivering exceptional holiday experiences worldwide.

Job Description:

Configure, maintain, and integrate the CRM platform with internal systems (ERP, accounting, call center) and external tools (WhatsApp, email marketing, booking platforms).
Build and optimize workflows, triggers, and AI tools (chatbots, predictive models) to improve efficiency, response times, and customer experience.
Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and campaign performance; continuously test and optimize automations.
Manage permissions, data hygiene, and security; provide training and collaborate with sales and marketing for segmentation and personalized campaigns.

Qualifications:

Must have bachelor’s degree in information systems, Marketing Technology, or related field.
At least 2–4 years of experience in CRM configuration and workflow automation (n8n).
Proficiency in the following CRM: Odoo, Zoho
