knowledgeable Off-Plan Property Consultant to become our specialist for the Abu Dhabi

market.

This role will be based from our Dubai office, located right next to Dubai Mall, while focusing on Abu Dhabi’s fast-growing off-plan property market.

The opportunity

As our Abu Dhabi Off-Plan Specialist, you will advise investors and buyers on the best off-plan opportunities across the capital.

You will work with clients from Nelson Park’s global network of buyers, investors, introducers and strategic partners, while also tapping into our wider offices and international relationships across the group.

This means you will not be limited to one local market. You will have the opportunity to speak with clients from the UAE, Qatar, the UK and wider international markets, helping them understand Abu Dhabi’s strongest developments, investment potential, payment plans, locations and long-term growth prospects. You will be based in our Dubai office next to Dubai Mall, giving you a central location while allowing you to specialise in one of the UAE’s most exciting growth markets.

You will be joining Nelson Park Dubai at an exciting stage of expansion, with new AI-driven systems being introduced to support lead management, follow-up, marketing, client communication and sales performance.
