Site Engineer – Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and monitor site progress.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements on-site.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are maintained.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions as required.
• Verify quantities and assist with material procurement and project planning.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate project activities with all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE construction or fit-out experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Candidates with experience in interior fit-out, renovation, and residential/commercial projects will be given preference.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
