Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land and construction surveys, establishing site control points, verifying project dimensions, and ensuring that all works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform land, topographic, and construction surveys for ongoing projects.
• Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and site layouts.
• Set out works in accordance with approved drawings and project requirements.
• Conduct as-built surveys and prepare survey reports.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level.
• Verify dimensions, elevations, and alignments during construction activities.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and consultants.
• Maintain accurate survey records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in UAE construction projects.
• Proficiency in using Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and surveying software.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and surveying techniques.
• Experience in roads, infrastructure, utility, or building projects is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
