Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Advanced Solution Engineer position with the below requirement and qualification. The position is based in Dubai, JLT .

Role and Responsibilities

1. Strong C#, ASP.NET Core (.NET 6/7/8), Web API
2. Hands-on microservices development using REST/gRPC and API Gateway patterns.
3. Strong SQL Server skills (stored procedures, query tuning, indexing, and troubleshooting).
4. Experience with EF Core, clean/layered architecture, and design patterns.
5. Practical experience with RabbitMQ/MassTransit or similar message-based integration.
6. Redis/distributed caching, Docker and Linux basics.
7. Secure API development: JWT/OAuth2, encryption basics.
8. FinTech, digital wallet, payment, remittance or banking domain experience.

Nice to have

1. Observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger/Open Telemetry.
2. CI/CD experience using Azure DevOps
3. Kubernetes, Azure cloud

Qualifications and Education Requirements

1. 1. Minimum bachelor’s in computer science or information technology
2. 8 -10 years of professional software development experience.
3. FinTech, digital wallet, payment, remittance or banking domain experience.
4. Experience leading small technical streams or acting as a senior contributor to a team.
5. Experience in database design/review, performance tuning, and production troubleshooting.
