💻 What you'll be doing.

• Design and build AI-powered agents and automation workflows using modern LLM frameworks.
• Develop production-grade software around AI systems, integrating with internal platforms and third-party APIs while ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.
• Own the performance and quality of AI workflows through prompt engineering, evaluation, and observability.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities, deliver impactful features, and help shape the long-term AI architecture.

🧠 What you'll bring

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, with strong Python development skills. Experience with Node.js or Java is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications and autonomous agents using modern LLM frameworks.
• A proven track record of building and scaling products from 0–1, taking ownership from concept through to production.
• Experience working in a B2B environment, ideally building products that solve complex operational and workflow challenges.

💰Package

• Up to AED 25,000 AED per month.
• Annual performance-based bonus.
