Position: General Accountant

Location: UAE

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and monitor all financial aspects related to construction and project execution.

· Prepare and maintain payment schedules for contractors, suppliers, and service providers.

· Verify and process invoices based on work completion and approved contracts/BOQ.

· Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and external vendors for payment-related matters.

· Maintain accurate records of transactions and generate financial reports as required.

· Support in budgeting, forecasting, and tracking actual project expenses.

· Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and filing of financial records.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· Minimum 2-5 years of experience, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.

· Strong knowledge of local financial practices and project accounting.

· Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho).

· Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.

· UAE driving license is an advantage.
