Video Shooter, Editor & Marketing Materials Manager!

About the Role: Velora World Properties is expanding! We are seeking a talented, highly self-sufficient professional to independently manage our visual content production and corporate presentation preparation from start to finish. If you excel at both behind-the-camera work and professional design, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Production: Plan and execute creative, high-quality shoots for professional real estate promotions, interviews, and social media content.
• Video Editing: Transform raw footage into dynamic, engaging, and professional content. Proficiency in industry-standard editing software and modern AI video tools is expected.
• Marketing Materials & Presentations: Design and prepare professional marketing materials, investor pitch decks, and presentations (PPTX/PDF) from scratch, ensuring they align with our corporate identity. (Note: Meta Ads and ad campaign management are not part of this role).
• Reporting & CRM: Maintain high discipline by providing mandatory and detailed work progress reports via our CRM system every Monday and Friday.

Work Model:

• Flexible/Hybrid Presence: There is no daily office attendance requirement. You will only be required to work from the office when specifically needed for shoots or strategic meetings.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video shooting and professional editing.
• Strong visual vision with a deep understanding of the latest design, presentation, and video trends.
• Highly responsible, self-motivated, and capable of fast turnarounds without compromising quality.
• Ability to work independently and manage the entire creative process.
