Automotive Showroom Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Showroom Manager to lead our vehicle sales operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing showroom activities, driving sales performance, leading the sales team, and achieving business growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the automotive showroom.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer inquiries and escalated complaints.
• Oversee vehicle inventory management and stock rotation.
• Monitor CRM activities, lead management, and sales conversion rates.
• Coordinate with finance, marketing, administration, and aftersales departments.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within an automotive dealership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with CRM systems and dealership management software.
• Strong negotiation, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driving license preferred.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
