Senior Sales Executive – (Perfume & Cosmetics Retail)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in the Perfume & Cosmetics Retail Industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and customer service skills, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Relationship Management
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Utilize advanced selling techniques, including cross-selling and upselling premium products.
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP and repeat customers.
• Proactively inform customers about new product launches, promotions, and exclusive offers.
• Effectively handle customer objections, inquiries, and negotiations to maximize conversions.

Retail Operations & Visual Merchandising

* Monitor stock levels and support inventory management activities.

* Conduct routine quality checks and assist in minimizing stock loss and damages.

* Ensure displays and merchandising standards are maintained according to brand guidelines.

* Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally and efficiently.

Leadership & Team Support

* Train, mentor, and support junior sales team members.

* Assist in onboarding new staff and sharing best sales practices.

* Track daily sales performance and provide feedback to management.

* Support the Store Manager with market insights and customer feedback.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (or equivalent qualification).

* Total experience: 5–6 years, including 2–3 years of experience in Perfume/Cosmetics Retail Sales.

*Must be fluent in Arabic, Hindi, English

* Strong background in retail sales, customer service, and sales closing.

* Experience working with POS systems, CRM software, and MS Office applications.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Professional appearance and grooming standards.

* Ability to work flexible retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
