About Us

Expride Contracting is a growing design and build company specializing in villa construction, structural works, renovations, and interior fit-out projects across Dubai. We are seeking an experienced Russian-speaking Project Manager to oversee projects from commencement to handover while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction and fit-out projects from start to completion.
• Be physically present on site and actively oversee all project activities.
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, manpower, and resources.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Accurately set out and mark dimensions, levels, and locations on site based on approved drawings.
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Identify and resolve technical, construction, and coordination issues.
• Manage subcontractors and site personnel to ensure productivity and adherence to project timelines.
• Obtain quotations, evaluate suppliers and subcontractors, and coordinate procurement activities.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, variation orders, and project documentation.
• Ensure all project records, drawings, approvals, and revisions are properly maintained and distributed.

Requirements

• Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing construction projects in the UAE.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of structural construction works, including:
• Reinforcement (rebar) works
• Foundations and footings
• Concrete works
• Formwork and structural execution
• Blockwork and masonry
• Extensive knowledge of interior fit-out works, including finishes, gypsum ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, and related trades.
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Ability to accurately transfer dimensions and details from drawings to site without supervision.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, quality control, and site management.
• Experience managing subcontractors, labor teams, suppliers, and consultants.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.
