Draftsman (Civil / Infrastructure)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and updating technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for building and infrastructure projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of construction drawings and coordination with site and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Prepare detailed drawings for construction and submission purposes.
• Update drawings according to site changes and project requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards and specifications.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and technical documentation when required.
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors regarding drawing revisions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Experience as a Draftsman in building and/or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in roads, utilities, drainage, and building projects.
• Knowledge of shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D or other drafting software is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
