Co-Founder / Senior AI Engineer

We are looking to connect with a Palestinian Senior Front-End AI Engineer who is interested in joining Plucia as a technical co-founder on an equity basis.

Plucia is building an AI Business Operator that helps businesses manage their sales operations across CRM, WhatsApp, Email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and AI calling. The goal is to reduce manual sales work and allow businesses to operate faster through AI-driven execution.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the front-end product experience, build clean SaaS dashboards, and work closely on AI workflows, CRM integrations, and agentic product interfaces.
