Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage property sales and leasing opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, landlords, and developers
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Negotiate offers and close transactions effectively
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM system
• Follow up with leads and ensure exceptional customer service
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market developments

Requirements

• Previous experience in Dubai real estate is preferred
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market is a plus
