Position Overview

METROMAX is seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Consultant to assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, and investing in Dubai real estate. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales abilities with market expertise to provide exceptional advisory services and deliver a seamless client experience. The consultant will represent METROMAX's values of transparency, professionalism, innovation, and client-centric service while helping clients make informed property decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new sales and leasing leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Source and secure property listings.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Advise clients on suitable properties and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate successful transactions.
• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM system.
• Follow up with clients to ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, AML requirements, and company policies.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and new developments.
• Represent METROMAX professionally and uphold the company's values and reputation.

Qualifications - Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification acceptable with relevant experience.

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Real estate experience in Dubai preferred.
• Off-plan sales experience is an advantage
