Site Manager – Renovation & Fit-Out

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee residential and commercial renovation projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage daily site operations, supervise subcontractors, ensure quality workmanship, maintain project schedules, and enforce health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site activities and project execution.
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project managers.
• Monitor site safety and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Prepare progress reports and resolve site issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in renovation, fit-out, or construction projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Knowledge of Dubai construction regulations and safety standards.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED2,116.01 - AED6,289.82 per month
