Position: DispatcherJob Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Dispatcher to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching technicians to customer locations efficiently, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely service delivery.

The role requires strong knowledge of UAE roads, locations, and traffic conditions, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage daily field operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign and dispatch technicians to customer locations based on proximity, skillset, availability, and service urgency.
• Monitor technician movements and optimize scheduling to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
• Utilize knowledge of UAE locations, road networks, and traffic conditions to minimize response and travel times.
• Maintain continuous communication with field technicians regarding job assignments, updates, and operational changes.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and Management teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle urgent and emergency service requests by prioritizing resources effectively.
• Monitor job progress and provide accurate estimated arrival times (ETAs) to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, technician status updates, and job allocation data within the company systems.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts, route deviations, and operational challenges in a timely manner.
• Support operational performance by identifying opportunities to improve dispatch efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in Dispatch, Fleet Coordination, Logistics, Transportation, or a similar operational role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE geography, road networks, and traffic patterns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dispatching or fleet management systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Arabic or additional languages will be considered an added advantage.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
