Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Agent to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, promoting Battmobile's products and services, converting leads into customers, and building strong customer relationships.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to achieve individual and team targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers to promote Battmobile's products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions and service packages.
• Generate sales through inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to maximize conversion rates.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Accurately record customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on company services, promotions, and market trends.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports as required by management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in Sales, Tele Sales, Customer Service, Call Center, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong persuasive and closing skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of Arabic, Tagalog, Hindi, Urdu, or other languages is an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
