Senior Property Consultant

We are currently seeking experienced and driven Senior Property Consultants to join our growing team. If you have a proven track record in real estate sales and a passion for helping clients achieve their property and investment goals, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners.
• Advise clients on property investments, market trends, and real estate opportunities across Dubai.
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable investment options to clients.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through to successful transaction closure.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate records and client communication through the CRM system.
• Stay informed about market conditions, new developments, and competitor activities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Previous real estate experience is preferred.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or property consultancy.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent relationship building and networking abilities.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
