Elevator Service Sales Engineer

• Generate and close sales of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for elevators, escalators, and moving systems.
• Identify and pursue modernization, upgrade, repair, and spare-parts opportunities across the existing and target portfolio.
• Retain and recapture maintenance units — manage renewals, reduce cancellations, and win back lost units from competitors.
• Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to scope works and prepare accurate quotations.
• Prepare technical-commercial proposals, pricing, and tender responses in line with company margins.
• Build and maintain relationships with building owners, facility-management companies, developers, consultants, and property managers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for contract value, units, and revenue.
• Coordinate with the service and technical teams for smooth contract handover and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline of leads, quotations, and contracts in the CRM.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to inform sales strategy.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
