Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Building Materials Trading Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales and developing strong relationships with clients across the hospitality sector, facility management (FM) companies, master developers, contractors, construction companies, consultants, and retail customers. The role requires strong knowledge of building materials and the local construction market, along with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building materials and related sectors.
Manage and support existing clients, including invoice submission, order processing, and delivery coordination.
Handle urgent customer requirements efficiently and ensure timely fulfillment.
Promote and sell lighting products, ceiling and wall fans, exhaust fans, sanitary ware, plumbing materials, electrical items, paints, and other building materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers, consultants, FM companies, and project managers.
Conduct regular customer visits and site visits to generate and close sales opportunities.
Follow up on quotations with the internal/admin team and ensure timely closure of deals.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and outstanding payments to ensure smooth cash flow.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales service.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in building materials, construction products, or related industries.
- Knowledge of construction materials and market practices.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
