Warehouse Manager

Al Kabayel Prime is seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive warehouse management experience, and a proven ability to maintain efficient inventory control, safety standards, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure productivity targets are achieved.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery coordination.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Monitor warehouse safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, logistics, and accounts departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage warehouse equipment and arrange maintenance when required.
• Prepare operational reports, inventory summaries, and performance metrics for management review.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and warehouse management software.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
