We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Junior IT Specialist to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for internal staff seeking technical assistance. You will handle basic hardware and software troubleshooting, maintain IT inventory, and assist in network setup. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career professional looking to develop their skills in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Provide day-to-day technical support for employees regarding hardware (PCs, laptops, printers) and software applications.

System Maintenance: Assist in installing, configuring, and updating operating systems (Windows/macOS) and standard corporate software.

User Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords within Active Directory or Microsoft / Google Workspace.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve basic network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN).

Inventory & Documentation: Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets (hardware, licenses) and document common technical issues and solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an IT support or Helpdesk role.

Technical Skills:

Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.

Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration is a plus.

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a high level of patience and customer-service orientation.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per hour
