Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven showroom sales background, preferably within the IT or technical sector, and possess the ability to build lasting customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers, providing product information and recommendations.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective customer service and relationship building.
  • Conduct cold calling activities to generate new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding inquiries and orders.
  • Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are presented professionally.
  • Keep records of sales activities, customer interactions, and daily transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in a showroom environment.
  • Experience in the IT, technology, or technical products sector is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Office applications.
