MEP Project Manager

The MEP Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and closing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects while ensuring completion within budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements. The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients across commercial, residential, hospitality, and infrastructure projects. Sarun Contracting specializes in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, chilled water, and facility-related MEP works across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete MEP project execution from mobilization to handover.
• Develop project schedules, manpower plans, procurement plans, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, and associated building services installations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and variation orders.
• Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, authorities, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and quality procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover documentation.
• Resolve technical and contractual issues affecting project delivery.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports for management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering related field.
• Minimum 8–15 years of MEP construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a Project Manager role within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and MEP systems.
• Experience managing high-rise Residential projects.
• Familiarity with UAE authority requirements and approval processes.
