Senior Proposal Manager

We're Hiring – Senior Proposal Manager (EPC/BOT Projects) | Dubai, UAE

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Manager to lead high-value technical and commercial proposals across Power, Water, Oil & Gas, and Industrial projects in the UAE and GCC region.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in Power, Water, Oil & Gas, or Industrial projects across UAE/GCC
• Strong background in EPC contracting or BOO/BOT project structures
• Expertise in technical & commercial proposal preparation, compliance matrices, methodologies, execution plans, and pricing strategies
• Strong experience in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and tender management
• Knowledge of UAE/GCC procurement channels, authority requirements, and market pricing
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deliver under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and commercial negotiation skills
• Experience in Big or Mega Projects will be highly preferred
