Job Summary

Seasoned Project Engineers/ senior project engineers with mandatory Dubai/ UAE Residential Civil Projects experience and availability within Dubai urgently required. The ideal candidate must have prior experience of projects execution, coordination & management from project initiation till handover as per Dubai municipality regulations, DDA, NAKEEL, TRAKHEES & other authorities within required timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire construction project lifecycle from planning and initiation through to completion.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Ensure that project milestones and deliverables are met, while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, track budgets, and make adjustments as necessary to stay on course.
• Handle day-to-day problem-solving and decision-making during project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and local codes.
• Prepare and present regular project updates, including progress reports, to senior management, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage the client relationship, addressing any concerns and ensuring their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• 12 - 15 years experience
• Strong coordination skills with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• multilingual preferably
• Knowledge of Dubai/UAE construction regulations and building codes.
• PMP or similar certifications preferred.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
