Facility Engineer

We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Engineer to support the operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and facility equipment. The successful candidate will help ensure safe, efficient, and reliable facility operations through preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
• Work with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Support facility improvement projects.
• Follow company safety procedures and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in facility maintenance, building operations, or engineering maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CMMS software is an advantage.

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
